Job Description

Salary: $97,445.67 - 152,812.53 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency in C++, Java, and Go
• Knowledge of distributed systems, low-latency software, back-end development, and AWS architecture
• Bachelors degree preferred; we may also consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive relevant professional experience
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience

• Write and maintain efficient software component code in line with development best practices
• Support the design and development of applications that meet business objectives
• Build and use unit and integration testing frameworks to validate software quality
• Document design, development, and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing
• Assess integration needs and plan system architecture to meet technical specifications
• Review current practices and technical literature, and apply appropriate engineering methods to project solutions
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical requirements and specifications
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement fixes to improve performance and user satisfaction
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed
• Follow our Operating Principles, prioritize customer experience, learn and advocate for our technology and services, collaborate as a team, contribute to customer feedback initiatives, drive results, support inclusion, and act in the best interests of our customers, colleagues, investors, and communities

The role may be based in Colorado, with a listed base-pay range of $97,445.67–$146,168.50, or Virginia, with a range of $97,445.67–$152,812.53; the selected candidates pay depends on job-related, nondiscriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is part of our total rewards, which may also include a bonus for most non-sales roles and benefits for eligible employees, including personalized support for physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
