Dru Yoga, also known as “yoga of the heart”, is a gentle form of an active yoga class in which sequences called Energy Block Release (EBR) form the main focus. The Dru yoga class consists of various elements: traditional yoga asana’s (poses), pranayama (the awareness of breathing), mudra’s (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and a deep relaxation. 

Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga is ‘meditation through movement’. This Tibetan practice is 8000 years old and was first used by monks to keep their bodies and minds healthy. Lu Jong is a meditative series of body movements. This form is built from 23 different movements that are simple to learn and do not require much flexibility.

The Easy Go Yoga class is a mixed lesson of Hatha Yoga, Dru Yoga, Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga and Mindfulness Relax Sleepyoga. It is a very diverse lesson in which elements from every yoga style are taught.

All classes will be taught in Dutch. However, during these classes English instruction will be given when needed.
